This CDI will run most 4 Stroke single cylinder Motorcycle, Scooter or Quad engines.

Typically between 50cc to 500cc.

Notes: Many modern Scooters, Quads and small bore single cylinder Motorcycles use a 12 Volt DC CDI (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) to control the engine ignition timing. These DC fired CDI units have a 12V feed that is typically switched on and off with the ignition key. If you are unsure if your machine uses a DC fired CDI you can test for 12V on your two pin CDI loom connector using a Multi-meter.

These 12V DC CDI Ignition Controllers are often identical in appearance to the AC (Alternating Current) versions, but they are not interchangeable. Please be sure you require a DC CDI before purchasing.
