Shipping

All orders to a UK address are eligible for free 1st class Royal Mail delivery. For international orders, the cost of shipping will be shown at the checkout.

We endeavor to ship all orders received before 2pm on the same day we receive the order. (Monday to Fridays except Bank Holidays) 

Please note: Although Royal Mail state that 1st class delivery is a 1 - 2 day service, this is not a guaranteed service and there are occasions where an order may be unavoidably delayed due to courier error or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

If you require next day shipping please select that option at checkout (where available) or contact us before making the purchase.

Please note 'Next Working Day' means next *working* day and consequently our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Weekends. Where we use Royal Mail Special Delivery it is possible they will deliver on a Saturday, but it is not guaranteed.

Next day delivery often entails a member of staff having to visit the couriers depot or Post Office in person. The cost of next day shipping takes this into account.

All orders placed after the 2pm deadline on Fridays will not will not be shipped until the following Monday. This includes orders where next day shipping has been selected.
